Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary business contact for our clients and be responsible for their satisfaction and growth.

What’s the Job?

• Build customer relationships, and act as the primary point of contact during the post-sales cycle
• Manage and optimize clients’ campaigns and UA budgets
• Guarantee successful delivery of our services per customers’ needs and objectives
• Collaborate with our Sales & clients teams to understand client KPI to ensure the success of the client campaigns
• Constantly pursue new business and account growth opportunities
• Influence the company’s strategy: product, service and other go-to-market aspects

Requirements:

• Native level English
• Fluent Hebrew
• 3-6 years of Client Management experience in the US market
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with B2B international clients at large scale

Advantage:
B.A. in Business Management/Communications/economy or any other related field
