HR Specialist
:About the Role
As the company's HR Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the employees and contributing to the company's mission through comprehensive HR operations.
:Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete employee lifecycle management, handling both pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new team members
Manage and respond to employee inquiries through the HR ticketing system, providing timely and effective support
Support monthly payroll operations through preliminary activities including data entry and verification processes
Implement and manage two HR management systems, serving as the primary subject matter expert (including system upgrades, new functionalities, and knowledge transfer to department managers)
Collaborate on HR digital tools implementation projects both locally and regionally, working with global stakeholders and vendors
Adapt to additional HR responsibilities based on internal priorities and team restructuring needs
:Required Qualifications
Relevant academic degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration. Experience from international companies is a significant advantage.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong technological aptitude with high capability to learn new systems
Demonstrated analytical skills with a growth mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks
Initiative-taking mindset with comfort in ambiguous environments
Proven track record of effective cross-team collaboration
Adaptability to cyclical workload variations aligned with corporate HR calendar
Willingness to travel abroad for 2 weeks training during June 2025 as part of the role orientation.
