QA Manager

Leading MedTech Company – Tel Aviv-Yafo

Position Overview:

Leading MedTech company seeks experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee QMS and ensure ISO13485.FDA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage QMS processes (ISO 13485)

• Lead quality & regulatory compliance across product lifecycle

• Monitor production compliance with contract manufacturer

• Conduct internal audits

• Oversee design control & validation processes

• Work with Engineering & R&D teams

Requirements:

• BSc in Engineering.Scientific field

• 4-6 years medical device QA experience

• 2+ years team management (3+ reports)

• ISO13485, MDR audit experience

• FDA 21 CFR Part 820 knowledge

• Fluent English & Hebrew

Location:

Tel Aviv-Yafo, with monthly visits to Tiberias
