We are looking for an experienced TPM – Technical Product Manager to join our CTO Infrastructure Team to lead complex, cross-functional projects while driving product development and delivery. This role requires a deep technical understanding, strong program management capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable development plans.

Define and communicate roadmap, milestones and priorities.

Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery and work closely with developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

Manage interdependencies and resolve blockers affecting program execution.

Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.

Escalate critical issues to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.

Track project progress using KPIs and milestones.

Deliver concise and transparent updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and actionable.

Align product strategy with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Partner with engineering teams to make informed decisions on architecture, design, and implementation.

Balance technical constraints with business goals to deliver optimal solutions.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in technical project management and.or product ownership roles – Must

Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment – Must.

Large experience in E2E project management including develop of schedules, budget management and resource allocation – Must

Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and tools.

Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and program management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Past experience as a software developer is a big advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
