We are looking for a hands-on Sr. Software Engineer to join the Platform Software Team in a successful technology company, located in Emek Ha’Yarden.

What you'll do:

Join our 4G.5G development teams supporting and developing platform related solutions.

Develop and maintain communication and control applications running in Dockers, K8s and cloud native environment.

Develop and maintain communication and cryptography applications utilizing open-source libraries such as DPDK, Open-SSL and other.

Develop and maintain shared memory applications and libraries.

Develop and maintain applications and utilities in C . C++ . Python . Bash.

What you should have:

B.Sc..M.Sc.B.Tech.M.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

5+ years of experience in C.C++ development in the context of embedded systems

Proficient in design, documentation, implementation, debugging and unit testing of software components of a multi-threaded real-time.embedded system.

Working experience with Unix.Linux operating systems internals and administration and networking (e.g., TCP.IP, routing, network typologies)

Working experience in Python and Shell Scripts

Ability to translate communication standards.specification to efficient implementation.

Must have strong communication skills, must be an effective team player, and be able to work independently in a global multi-site environment.

Advantage:

Practical experience and knowledge of Linux Kernel environment

Working experience in Docker, operating K8s based and cloud native deployments.

Working experience of REST.SOAP API.

Knowledge in wireless communication and familiarity with one of the cellular standards, i.e. 2G.3G.LTE.LTE-Advanced.5G-NR.
