We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer (2+ years of experience) to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating high-quality visual content and
presentations, combining storytelling, branding, and digital design for global, well-known brands.

What You’ll Do

● Visual Storytelling: Design impactful presentations for global brands, and produce compelling
visual elements with a strong emphasis on photography, image, and typography curation.
● Brand Identity Integration: Execute both digital and print visual assets (including physical POS
materials) that seamlessly integrate the Ripples brand alongside the unique identities of our key
account customers.
● Dynamic Creation: Integrate AI workflows into your daily design process to efficiently scale
content, stay agile, and push creative boundaries.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support &
Success, including direct interface with clients to ensure cohesive brand execution across all
touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

● 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house)
● Experience designing presentations and marketing materials
● A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills (presentations, social, ads, or branding work)
● Good understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and presentation tools
(PowerPoint / Keynote)
● Familiarity with tools like Canva and basic video/editing apps – advantage
● Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) – advantage
● Fluent in English
● Organized, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
